They treat us as if where NOT paying their wadges :/ this is so annoying you can just tell the letters go through a system and it picks out key words and attempts to send back the appropriate response which is usually irrelevant to the question asked >:(
ReplyDeleteI attempted to use my 5sd i won on earrings only to find stardoll had taken the free sd and 5 of my own >:'( id only just earned them as well and they sent me a letter saying i need to use them before the time runs out GAWD they didn't even read it!x

Happened to me, the same thing. I was making twilight designs at the time, and one day they have just disappeared!
